Student internal thinking ( well sometimes even out loud (in lesson) :

“What are they for?”

“UGH!! Why did my teacher assign me this crap?”

“ Fo Real! How is this going to make me a better player?”

“ How do I even approach this…. uh…back to my concerto fest “

In this masterclass we will answer these questions and finding ways on how to work on etudes. Students will present an array of etudes during the masterclass as examples to help us explore the answers in our discussion. Etudes presented: Kreutzer, Laouruex, Van Der Werff.

Not a student of my studio? Thats okay, we will love to have guest audit the masterclass, we also enjoy having others participate in the masterclass.
